Your past does not need to dictate your future.
That is easier said than done, I know.
For many of us, a past experience still casts a shadow over our current day.
When you watch my video for you today, you’ll see how a past traumatic event tried to sneak in and spoil a perfectly pleasant adventure.
If this ever happens to you, let me remind you of a very powerful truth:
YOU have a superpower. THIS is your superpower: you get to choose how you look at things.
We all have stormy seas in life.
No one escapes the hardships, struggles, trials and traumas of life.
The difference in whether we get pulled under by the waves of life — or if we can keep our head above the waves — is in HOW we look at things.
How we interpret what happens to us — and even more importantly in my opinion — how we ANTICIPATE what might/could happen to us makes all the difference in whether we struggle — or survive.
The problem is that for many people, events of the past continue to color present (and future) events.
In today’s video, you’ll see how I purposely changed my outlook to change my outcome.
And you can do the same.
Let me know if this resonates with you. Would love to hear from you in a comment below if you can relate.
