A recognized expert in health, fitness and wellness, Peggy is the health editor for Damsel magazine, a contributing editor and columnist for Clean Eating magazine and a feature writer for Oxygen magazine. Peggy was the Health and Fitness Editor for Surf Life for Women magazine during its years of publication. She currently writes the called "Fit for Surf" column at www.wetsand.com.

Peggy is also the Health and Wellness contributor for ABC Radio Network's morning show "It's a New Day" with Lori St. James and Richard Stevens. Peggy can be heard weekly on this syndicated show is broadcast to nearly 200 stations nationwide.

Peggy has written dozens of articles on health, nutrition, fitness, yoga, surfing, nutrition, and healing. She served as the online expert for Self Magazine and her work has been featured in dozens of publications worldwide including Self, Men's Journal, USA Today, The Los Angeles Times, ABC.com, Surfer, Surfing, Surfer's Journal, TransWorld Surf, Yoga Journal, and Yoga International, just to name a few.

She also contributed to the books Surf's Up: A Girl's Guide to Surfing (Ballantine, 2005) and Surf Girl's Guide to Surfing (Orca, 2004). In addition to writing for fitness and surf magazines in the U.S., Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Peggy is completing her manuscript for the much-anticipated Yoga for Surfers book. Other titles in production include Quit Fighting with Food and Yoga Secrets.
