Stretch and strengthen your back, shoulders, hips and legs so you
can surf with more power, grace and ease! Even if you've never done
yoga before, this workshop is perfect for you whether you're a surfer,
snowboarder, bodyboarder or even snowboarder! You'll be amazed at how
great you'll feel after giving your body what it needs. After all, you
want to keep surfing for the rest of your life, right?
Take your surfing to the next level with surf-specific poses designed to:
Prevent and heal injuries
Increase strength and flexibility
Improve balance and mental focus
Increase lung capacity and breath control
Surf with greater confidence and enjoyment
Learn effective pre-surf warm-up poses, poses you can do on your
surfboard between sets, and poses for post-surf rejuvenation so you can
shorten the recovery time between sessions and get back out in the water!

After a short physical practice to
strengthen the digestive system, we’ll learn and practice Bhoj Yoga, an
ancient exercise in conscious eating designed to bring peace and
nourishment with every bite.
Learn the basic principles of
holistic nutrition and how to apply them in your everyday life so you
can feel better, look better and live better!
Please bring a piece of your favorite fruit for the guided meditation.
